We do not  charge a delivery fee if your event is 50 Miles or less from Butler, PA. A $1.00 per mile fee will be added after 50 miles.

Yes, many of our items are available for pick up.

We accept several payment options for your convenience. This includes card, cash, Venmo & checks.

Most rentals are based on daily or weekend rental periods, but extended rental options may be available depending on the event.

If you need equipment for multiple days, just let us know and we will work with your schedule, we are very easy to work with!

We ask that items are returned in the same condition as you received them. We do not require that concession rentals be cleaned prior to return. We always clean, inspect and sanitize in house after each rental.

Yes. We understand when having a community event or benefit that budgets can be tight. We do everything in our power to be able to provide you with the best experience at an affordable cost. 

When a customer makes a reservation we immediately remove the items from inventory and schedule a crew. Therefore a 50% deposit of the total balance that will be applied to the balance due is required to secure a reservation.

In the event of a date change, every effort will be made to reschedule, subject to availability.

Cancellations made prior to 60 days prior to the rental date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

Cancellations made within 60 days of the rental date will result in forfeiture of the full rental balance.

Yes. Safety is extremely important.

Our inflatables are:

• cleaned and sanitized

• inspected regularly

• professionally installed

• properly anchored

All of our inflatables are registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Division of Amusement Rides and Attractions. Additionally each inflatable is inspected by a State Certified Inspector prior to use.

Our high-quality tents provide excellent protection from rain and sun, making them perfect for outdoor events.

For safety reasons, inflatables cannot operate in heavy rain or high winds, but we always work with customers to make the best plan possible.

Inflatables should not be used in heavy rain or strong winds for safety reasons.

Absolutely! We are proud members of the Butler County Chamber of Commerce. We donate our time and items to make community events each year, and also donate to as many nonprofit organizations as possible. If your are hosting an event feel free to request a donation! 

Tent space requirements vary depending on the size of the tent. As a general rule, we need:

• Clear, level ground

• Extra space around the tent for staking or weights

• Overhead clearance from trees and power lines

Yes. Tents can be installed on:

Different installation methods may be used depending on the surface.

Absolutely. Many customers rent tables and chairs for:

• indoor parties

• holiday dinners

Table and chair rentals are available with or without tent rentals.

A good rule is:

• 8 chairs per 8-foot table

• 6–8 chairs per round table

Often we install tents the day before to ensure everything is ready. We may be able to set up earlier at the customers request.

Reach out to us! Our inventory is always changing and if we don't have something in stock and can't get it, we might be able to connect you with someone that can help.

We recommend someone be present for delivery. If not possible we will arrange a meeting for set up details.

Yes, we offer special “bundles”  to save you money!

We try our best to accommodate requests to add/change items to a rental. Changes are based on availability, so please don't wait if you know you need something changed for your rental. 

We are a small, personable company that cares about the details of every event. During an event, we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you should need to reach us for any reason.
